Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your SpendNexus subscription at any time without any hidden fees or penalties.
- How to cancel: You can manage your subscription and cancel anytime through our official billing partner, LemonSqueezy, via their Customer Portal. A link to the portal is provided in your account settings under Billing.
- Access after cancellation: You will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- Data retention: We will keep your data intact for 60 days after your access expires to allow you to renew easily. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted unless you request immediate deletion.
Refund Policy
We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" for new customers.
- 14-Day Guarantee: If you are a first-time subscriber and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- Renewal Charges: We do not offer refunds for recurring subscription renewals once they have been processed. We send reminder emails before renewals to help you avoid unwanted charges.
- Partial Usage: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial use of a billing period after the 14-day window has passed.
- Technical Issues: If a technical error on our part prevents you from using the service, we will provide a prorated refund or credit for the downtime.
